Oil Painting Workshop – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
   

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the oil painting workshop.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
   

• Cancellations made 6 weeks or more before the workshop date are fully refundable or may be transferred to another available oil painting workshop.

• Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the workshop date are non-refundable and non-transferable, due to the nature of planning, materials, and limited spaces.

3. Transfers
   

• If you cancel 6+ weeks in advance, your booking can be transferred to a future oil painting workshop, subject to availability.

4. Non-Attendance
   

• If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or transfer will be given.

5. Changes or Cancellations by Us
   

• If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

6. Materials & Meals
   

• All painting materials are supplied—just bring yourself!

• Lunch is included. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements so we can accommodate you.
